"Remember that weaknesses don’t matter if you find solutions."

You will have trouble following your plan. At some point, roadblocks will appear. To get around them you'll need to solve a problem that you're bad at solving. You'll need to ask for help.

Admitting weakness is hard. Asking for help may be harder. These actions require humility, but to succeed you'll need to do both.

To identify your weaknesses and get in front of these problems, Dalio suggests looking back through steps 2.1-2.5 to determine where you tend to struggle.

Be willing to get an outsider’s opinion. Then, ask for help while you work to strengthen your weaknesses.

In a word, be humble.
