List of Exercises

I've put together a list of over 100 exercises that you can do from the safety and comfort of your own home, with absolutely no gym equipment needed. 

 

I'm aware that not everyone has a set of bands, a pair of dumbbells, or a suspension trainer just lying around, so every exercise in this list can be done with just your body weight or a loaded up suitcase.

Each exercise on this list is a link to a YouTube video of me demonstrating and explaining the exercise, but if you have any questions please feel free to reach out at any time.
