New to Training

Getting started on a training plan can be a challenge, but people start day one of training all the time. The trickier part is creating a habit around exercise and making it a part of your daily routine. This program aims to be simple enough to allow for progress while maintaining enough variety to keep you engaged.

The New to Training program has been designed for those who might already work out in some regard, but have yet to explore the wonders of resistance training.  It is also scalable, with regressions and options for those who have truly just started.

I'm aware that not everyone has a set of bands, a pair of dumbbells, or a suspension trainer just lying around, so every exercise in this program can be done with just your body weight or a loaded up suitcase.
